Superior Performance Coaching is a coaching and training business in need of a refreshed digital presence that better communicated its services and guided users toward taking action. The existing website lacked clear structure and hierarchy, making it difficult for users to quickly understand offerings or navigate the site effectively.

The goal of the redesign was to create a clean, modern interface that prioritized user experience, improved information flow, and clearly highlighted services. The final design needed to feel professional, approachable, and easy to navigate while supporting business goals such as inquiries and client engagement.

  • Research & Audit

    The project began with reviewing the existing website to identify areas of confusion and opportunities for improvement. I analyzed navigation, content structure, and user flow to better understand how users were interacting with the site and where they might be experiencing friction.

  • Wireframing

    I developed wireframes to map out a clearer structure for the site, focusing on improving navigation and guiding users through key content areas. During this phase, I built out both desktop and mobile versions to ensure a responsive and consistent user experience across devices. This allowed me to prioritize information, establish clear hierarchy, and create a logical flow for users regardless of how they accessed the site. By considering layout and usability early, I was able to design a system that translates seamlessly from larger screens to mobile formats.

  • Visual Design

    Once the structure was established, I translated the wireframes into a clean and modern visual design. I focused on strong typography, consistent spacing, and clear calls to action to improve usability and engagement. The visual direction was designed to feel professional and approachable while reinforcing the credibility of the coaching business.
